Facilities

Located on State Highway 119 in Montevallo, the park features a pavilion with restrooms, scenic views along Shoal Creek including waterfalls, open fields, hiking and mountain biking trails, birdwatching, and picnicking. Venture into the Badlands an area of rock formations. Wade in Shoal Creek below Doodah Rapids.

Shoal Creek Park is now an Alabama Birding site.
